• Late policy. Often I have appointments after you, if you are more than 15 minutes late I will have you reschedule for another time. I get when life is crazy though, just communicate with me! • Cancellation policy: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice and don't reschedule I'm losing income and space for other people to schedule with me. Please try to communicate with me! • If no call no show: I will block from rescheduling again, you will have to reschedule with another tech. •It takes me on average 2 hours depending on the nail design to do a full set of nails. If you have somewhere to be after, please let me know and don't rush me so I can provide the best quality service. • Nobody likes contention. Please don’t cause contention or drama or l will restrict you from scheduling with me. Just be kind!
